In recognition of his forty‐plus year career and national contributions to the field of fair housing, NFHA has created The Bernard J. Kleina Intern Fellowship. The Fellowship will fund a paid intern position each summer and will support the work of a person who will utilize the arts in support of a civil rights issue and, particularly, fair housing. This includes photography, film, the written and spoken word, visual arts, digital arts, and other forms of artistic expression. Interns must commit to a ten week fellowship period during the summer months to be served in the NFHA offices located in Washington, DC.
Applications must be received by March 15, 2012.
