This page contains a variety of fair housing resources for individuals and organizations including important cases, statutes and regulations and links to other sources for information and assistance.

If you believe you have been a victim of discrimination in a rental, real estate, mortgage lending or homeowners insurance transaction or if you have been a victim of sexual or other harassment where you live, please locate and contact the fair housing organization nearest you. You may also file a complaint with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. There is no fee for filing a housing discrimination complaint.
